At Siienoi Perfumes, we take immense pride in crafting each bottle with precision and care. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may sometimes arise. If your experience is less than ideal, our team is here to assist you.

Eligibility for Refund & Return

We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • Damaged, Leaked, or Defective Product

    • A complete unboxing video is required, starting from breaking the outer seal to clearly showing the damage or defect.

    • The video is mandatory for processing any refund or replacement.

  • Wrong Product Delivered

    • If you receive a different product than the one ordered, please share an unboxing video from the seal-opening stage as proof.

  • Prepaid Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

    • You may cancel your prepaid order before dispatch to receive a 100% refund.

Non-Refundable & Ineligible Scenarios

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Unboxing video is not provided from the seal-opening stage.

  • The product is used or opened without proper video proof.

  • The refund or return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable, unless video proof clearly shows the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

  • A Refund Reference ID will be shared for your tracking convenience.
